In 1999, the company obtained Special License No. ZT-18 from the Department of Architecture and Construction for urban planning and architectural and construction design. Following the acquisition of this license, the company commenced providing professional services in the preparation of architectural and construction design, interior and exterior design, and landscaping and site development plans.

In 2003, the company further expanded its scope of activities and obtained Special License No. ZT-20-67/03 for the preparation of detailed master plans and partial development plans for districts, residential areas, provinces, and administrative subdivisions. Under this authorization, GOBI TRAVEL LLC has successfully undertaken and delivered a wide range of urban development and planning projects, as well as comprehensive design services for commercial and service facilities, office buildings, industrial facilities, warehouses, schools, kindergartens, administrative buildings, and residential developments.
