"GOBI TRAVEL" LLC was established in 1998, with its principal areas of activity being tourism and architectural and engineering design services for construction projects.

In 1999, the company obtained Special License No. ZT-18 from the Department of Architecture and Construction for urban planning and architectural and construction design. Following the issuance of this license, GOBI TRAVEL LLC commenced providing professional services in the preparation of architectural and construction designs, interior and exterior designs, and site development and landscaping plans.

In 2003, the company expanded its scope of activities and obtained Special License No. ZT-20-67/03 for the preparation of partial master plans for districts, residential areas, provinces, and administrative subdivisions. Under this license, the company has provided comprehensive design and consulting services for a wide range of urban development projects and public, commercial, and residential buildings, including retail and service facilities, office buildings, industrial facilities, warehouses, schools, kindergartens, administrative buildings, and residential complexes. The company has maintained continuous operations in these fields for 28 years.

Over this period, GOBI TRAVEL LLC has prepared and successfully delivered more than 30 urban planning documents, including master plans, partial master plans, and development plans, as well as conceptual and detailed designs for more than 100 buildings and facilities. These projects have been reviewed and approved by the relevant competent authorities, and the company has worked closely with clients, contractors, and implementing organizations throughout the project implementation process.

In recent years, the company has actively expanded its international cooperation and participated in major projects involving internationally recognized organizations and design firms. These include the following:

• Collaboration with Australian architects in the architectural design of internationally branded and recognized four- and five-star hotels;
• Cooperation with design organizations from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Korea in the design of residential complexes;
• Collaboration with Hong Kong- and China-based engineering, design, and construction organizations on the design of thermal power and electrical power facilities;
• Participation in the comprehensive design of the international “New Ulaanbaatar International Airport” project in Khöshig Valley, Töv Province, which was constructed with financing from a Japanese Government loan, in cooperation with specialists from AZUSA SEKKEI Co., Ltd. of Japan;
• Independent preparation of the design for the Administration and Cargo Facilities and Maintenance Facility constructed with the Mongolian side's financing as part of the new airport project;
Participation as the Mongolian-side consultant in cooperation with S.A.M.O.O. of the Republic of Korea, the general contractor for the “New Ulaanbaatar City Administration Complex” project.

The successful implementation and completion of these projects have played an important role in strengthening the professional knowledge and expertise of the company's engineers, technical personnel, and specialists, while also enabling the company to adopt and implement advanced technologies and international best practices in architectural and engineering design.

Since 2010, GOBI TRAVEL LLC has been developing its architectural and construction designs using ARCHICAD, a BIM-enabled design software platform.

Since 2022, the company has fully integrated Autodesk Revit, a BIM-enabled platform, into its design workflow. The software is currently used for the development and coordination of architectural and engineering designs, including:

• Structural engineering and building structures
• Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Water supply and sewerage systems
• Power and electrical systems
• Interior lighting systems
• Telecommunications and alarm systems
• Fire detection and automatic fire protection systems
